“This is the third new construction home we've purchased, and it has been far and away the best experience we've had.  Now having spent a year and half in the home, it is very clear to us that the build quality is exceptional and far surpasses that of our previous homes.  

While, unsurprisingly, a few minor issues did arise here and there, there were far fewer of them overall (and most were things just needing a quick, minor adjustment). Ty and his team have been incredibly responsive in addressing any and all of these issues.  In fact, they helped us figure out and fix an issue with our plumbing that was caused by one of the contractors we hired who reinstalled a hot water re-circulator backwards while installing our whole-house humidifier.

I could not be happier with my new home from Dokken Built. The home is stunning, but also cozy and very functional. It was thoughtfully designed with meticulous attention to detail and whimsical touches. There is not an inch of wasted space, and we use all of it. From the reading nook in my daughter's bedroom, to the incredible wet room in the master, to the "secret room" under the stairs, to the spacious 4-car garage, Jay and team thought of everything and did not cut any corners.

Working with Ty and the Dokken team through the purchase and move-in process has also been a real pleasure. They took the time to show me where everything was and how everything worked, and have been available when I've had questions. Kiran even came over on move-in day when the cable company had questions about connecting internet in the home. They really care about making sure their houses become homes.

I would highly recommend purchasing a Dokken Built home, or working with their team for any remodeling/home improvement projects.

My husband and I bought a 100+yr old house in November knowing we’d have a couple things to fix up, which sure enough became a few things, and then a bunch … we decided hire contractors to help us navigate this process, which turns out to have been 1000% worth it.  We are super happy working with Jay Dokken & Kiran, and are specifically impressed with their reliability and attention to detail. We’ve been working with Kiran specifically and he’s always responsive and a great communicator on where we are with each project. When we’re not sure what we want exactly, he helps explain options that fit our needs. Everything that needs to get done gets done in a timely fashion. Every cost estimate has been accurate and fair. We’ve had zero issues with no-shows or shoddy work - everything has been really great! Looking forward to working with these guys for a long time to come.

We originally bought our house from Ty and it has been great for us so when we wanted some upgrades and remodel work done we reached out to them immediately to see if they could help.  Jay, Kiran, and Shelly were ready and willing and jumped into the project right away.  The professionalism and attention to detail was some of the best I've ever experienced.  Kiran always had excellent communication, kept the project clean, on time and on budget and I always felt comfortable he was working hard to serve our needs.  It was a great experience from beginning to end and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
