    - Ready to pull permits

  • For sites that currently have a home on it, this step includes:

    - Temp Fence Installation
    - Forestry Approval
    - Landmark Approval
    - Asbestos report
    - Asbestos removal
    - Gas Cut
    - Electrical Cut
    - Temp Electrical
    - Sewer Cut
    - House demolition
